Grape Variety: Cabernet Franc

Terroir: Gravelly clay soil on schist

Winemaking: Winemaking is carried out using the traditional method. Bottle fermentation is carried out with the natural sugars of the grape. The wine remains on lees for a minimum of 9 months before disgorgement.

Tasting Notes: Fine and elegant pink bubbles, nose of small red fruits. Lively and refreshing attack, balanced and gourmet palate with raspberry notes.

Food Pairings: Aperitif or dessert (bavarois, panna cotta, chocolate cakes)

Serving Temperature: 6-8°C

Aging Potential: Drink within 3 years
