Vinification: The maceration is short (6 days), which allows for a wine without tannins. The vinification is carried out according to the traditional method. The fermentation in bottle is achieved with the natural sugars of the grape. The wine remains on laths for a minimum of 9 months before disgorgement
Tasting notes: Fine and elegant bubbles with a ruby robe, nose of raspberries and cherries. Soft and refreshing attack, balanced and indulgent palate with raspberry notes.
