Vinification: Vinification is carried out using the traditional method. The wine remains on the lees for at least 9 months before disgorgement.
Tasting notes: Fine and elegant bubbles, with a nose of white fruits and lemon balm. A lively and refreshing attack, a balanced and delicately crisp palate, and a luscious finish.
