Terroir: Clay-gravel soils on schist
Winemaking: The wine is made using the traditional method. Bottle fermentation is carried out using the grape’s natural sugars. The wine remains on slats for a minimum of 12 months before disgorging.
Tasting: A pale yellow colour, with a powerful nose of yellow fruits. A fine, complex palate evoking ripe peach and nectarine. Lively, almost racy attack, with a full, round mouthfeel. A fine balance between freshness and indulgence.
Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, in cocktails, and with desserts
Serving temperature: 6-8°C
Ageing potential: Drink within 3 years
