Terroir: Gravelly clay soil on schist
Vinification: Hand-harvested. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
Residual sugars: approximately 90 g/liter
Tasting notes: Delicate sweet wine with notes of peach and citrus. Smooth and balanced palate, between sweetness and freshness (a charming wine)
Food pairings: Aperitif, with foie gras, as dessert (cakes and tarts…)
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Aging potential: 5 to 10 years
