Terroir: Gravelly clay soil on schist

Vinification: Hand-harvested. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in barrels and aging lasts 9 months in barrels.

Residual sugars: approximately 140 g/liter

Tasting notes: Intense and elegant sweet wine, marked by notes of candied apricots and citrus. Full-bodied, refined, and persistent palate.

Food pairings: Aperitif, with foie gras or blue cheeses

Serving temperature: 10-12°C

Aging potential: 20 years
