Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel tanks with temperature control. Aged on lees for 4 months
Tasting: A pale yellow colour with green highlights. The nose is intense, with notes of floral aromas. Finally, the palate offers fine freshness with notes of white flowers and a fresh hazelnut finish.
Food pairings: Ideal with fish in court-bouillon and cheeses such as Coulommiers and Brie
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
