Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperature.

Residual sugars: 25g/litre

Tasting Notes: A pink color, a powerful nose of red fruits and citrus. On the palate, the wine is round and tender with amyl (English candy) notes.

Food Pairings: Aperitif dinners, spicy dishes, sweet and savory dishes, tarts and cakes.

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C
