Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.

Tasting Notes: A pink hue, a powerful nose of small red fruits and amyl. On the palate, the wine is fresh with notes of red fruits.

Food Pairings: Appetizers, salads, shrimp, smoked salmon, fish, grilled red meats.

Serving Temperature: 10-12°C
