Ode to Maturity

Grape Varieties: Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon

Terroir: Gravelly clay soil on schist

Vinification: 21-day maceration in stainless steel tanks. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in barrels.

Tasting Notes: A wine of character, full-bodied and structured, with aromas of black fruits and sweet spices. Silky tannins and an elegant palate, supported by fine barrel aging.

Food Pairings: White and red meats (grilled beef, marinated white meats, duck breast), cheeses.

Serving Temperature: 14-16°C

Aging Potential: 5 to 10 years
