Grape variety: Cabernet Franc

Terroir: Gravelly clay soil on schist

Winemaking: Aged in stainless-steel tanks, with maceration for 4 to 10 days depending on the vintage; temperature control helps preserve freshness and crisp fruit.

Tasting: A vibrant, brilliant ruby red. On the nose, intense notes of crisp small fruits such as cherry. The palate is supple and well-balanced, with a fresh, light finish. A friendly, easy-going wine, perfect as an aperitif.

Food pairings: Charcuterie board, red or white meats, cheeses

Serving temperature: 14-16°C

Cellaring potential: 3 to 5 years
